It collects delivery details, calculates the delivery fee, and creates the order automatically.

A payment link is generated in the chat, and the order lands in your dashboard for fulfillment.

Before You Start
- •A Loop56 account with products already in your catalog — the AI recommends from what's actually in stock.
- •A Meta Developer account (free) at developers.facebook.com — WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger all connect through a Meta Business app.
- •For Instagram and Messenger, a Facebook Page — Instagram messaging connects through the Page linked to your Instagram Business account.
- •Access to Dashboard > Social Media Integration in Loop56, where you'll paste each credential and find your auto-generated Webhook URL and Verify Token.
Connect WhatsApp
You'll need: Access Token + Phone Number ID
Create a Meta Developer App
Go to developers.facebook.com → My Apps → Create App → choose Business → add the WhatsApp product.
Get a WhatsApp number
In WhatsApp → API Setup, use the free test number Meta provides to try things out, or connect your own WhatsApp Business phone number for production.
Copy your Phone Number ID
Still on the API Setup page, copy the numeric Phone Number ID shown next to your WhatsApp number.
Generate an Access Token
Use the temporary token on the API Setup page to test, then generate a permanent token via a System User in Business Settings before going live.
Configure the Webhook on Meta
In WhatsApp → Configuration → Webhooks, paste the Webhook URL and Verify Token shown in your Loop56 dashboard, then subscribe to the messages field.
Paste credentials into Loop56
In Dashboard > Social Media Integration > WhatsApp, enter your Access Token and Phone Number ID, then save.
Connect Instagram
You'll need: Access Token + Instagram Business Account ID
Create a Meta Developer App
Go to developers.facebook.com → My Apps → Create App → choose Business → add the Messenger product.
Connect your Instagram account
In your app go to Messenger → Instagram Settings → Access Tokens → Add or Remove Pages → select the Facebook Page linked to your Instagram Business account.
Copy your Instagram Business Account ID
After connecting, the numeric ID shown next to your account in the Access Tokens list is your Instagram Business Account ID.
Generate an Access Token
Click Generate Token next to your account. For production, exchange it for a long-lived token (60 days) via Graph API Explorer.
Configure the Webhook on Meta
In Messenger → Webhooks → Add Callback URL, paste the Webhook URL and Verify Token shown in your Loop56 dashboard, then subscribe to the messages field.

In Dashboard > Social Media Integration > Instagram, enter your Access Token and Instagram Business Account ID, then save.
Connect Messenger
You'll need: Access Token + Facebook Page ID
Create a Meta Developer App
Go to developers.facebook.com → My Apps → Create App → choose Business → add the Messenger product.
Connect your Facebook Page
In your app go to Messenger → Settings → Access Tokens → select the Facebook Page you want to connect.
Copy your Facebook Page ID
The numeric ID shown next to your Page in the Access Tokens list is your Facebook Page ID.
Generate a Page Access Token
Click Generate Token next to your Page. For production, exchange it for a long-lived token via Graph API Explorer.
Configure the Webhook on Meta
In Messenger → Webhooks → Add Callback URL, paste the Webhook URL and Verify Token shown in your Loop56 dashboard, then subscribe to the messages and messaging_postbacks fields.

In Dashboard > Social Media Integration > Messenger, enter your Access Token and Facebook Page ID, then save.
